Of special note this Halloween season is the WUG's description of how to use charges of racism against "counter-revolutionaries" and the numerous quotes from a mild-mannered professor turned World leader (no, not Barack; he was only 20 years old when WUG stopped killing people); this mild mannered professor is Ho Chi Mihn.
